Like the idea of the paint flow, symbolizing rain. The charcoal lines loosens the artwork, making it really attractive to the view, especially with those bushes.
I think that there's like a big space open, that guides the look to the left, taking it out of the artwork, so I'd suggest that maybe another trickle of a stronger blue would 'close' the open space.
